 Purchase Policies

At this time we are a virtual marketplace on Instagram where most of our items will be available for shipping in the continental United States. However, if you would like to pick up in the Orlando metro or greater area we can make that arrangement! Please note that all artwork, furniture and irregular shaped items are local pick up only - we will NOT deliver or ship items that cannot be shipped!

If you see something you would like on our Instagram virtual store please DM an inquiry. We will respond, answer any questions you may have and ask for your email address. We will send you an invoice for payment including shipping costs if applicable via the email provided in your inquiry. We will then mark the item(s) as reserved. When your invoice is paid in advance via PayPal or if you wish to pay in person during an arranged pick up, you may do so in cash or use a physical credit or debit card with our Square Reader. Once you have responded to your invoice and paid we will mark the item(s) as sold. Since our items are first come, first serve, we ask that you check your direct messages and email inbox to complete the sale as soon as possible!

We do not accept checks of any kind. 

We do ask that your item(s) be paid and or picked up within 24 hours. If your invoice is not paid and item(s) not retrieved within that timeframe we will mark the item(s) as available for sale again or offer it to the other inquiries in our direct messages. 

All of our sales are as-is and final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.





Picking Up Policies

Pickups are available to customers in the metro and greater Orlando area - this includes SODO, NODO, Baldwin Park/Audobon, Waterford Lakes, Conway/Belle Isle, Winter Park, Windermere, Ovideo, Longwood, Pine Hills, Occoee, Winter Springs, Casselberry, Eatonville, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, College Park and Apopka.

We will arrange the location of pick up that is convenient and safe for all parties and prefer to do so during daylight hours. We will send coordinates via text, email and DM. 

However, larger items such as furniture may only be available for pickup at our storage unit. We would provide temporary vehicle access for you to retrieve from our unit during their daylight business hours. 

We will accept cash payments in person and offer a Square Reader chip & pin and contactless card payments for pickup purchases. You may also utilize PayPal to purchase your item(s) in advance. 

We do not accept checks of any kind. 

If you are picking up furniture or any heavier or fragile items please arrive prepared with help to wrap, lift, move and transport your item(s). Have your vehicle prepared to load and for in-climate weather, potholes etc. It is your responsibility to secure your item(s) and get them home safely. We are not responsible for any damages during pickups. 

We do ask that your item(s) be paid and or picked up within 24 hours. If your invoice is not paid and not retrieved within that timeframe we will mark the items as available for sale again or offer it to the other inquiries in our direct messages. 

If your item(s) is paid via PayPal and not retrieved with 24 hours we will only hold paid for item(s) for 30 days. We cannot store your item(s) or be responsible for them beyond that timeframe. We will not issue a refund without a legitimate reason for lack of response i.e. an accident, illness, etc. 


Shipping Policies

At this time we are a virtual marketplace on Instagram where most of our items will be available for shipping in the continental United States. However, if you would like to pick up in the Orlando metro or greater area we can make that arrangement! Please note that all artwork, furniture and irregular shaped items are local pick up only - we will NOT deliver or ship items that cannot be shipped!

We will not also not ship anything that is too large, oblong, irregular or heavy for flat rate cost shipping boxes within the United States. 

We currently offer shipping of our ''smalls'' via USPS - the United States Postal Service to U.S. addresses only if you are not available to pickup in the Orlando metro or greater area. 

All items shipped via USPS will be flat rate, insured and trackable. On the day of shipping we will provide a tracking number via email. It is your responsibly to track your package and make arrangements for its arrival. 

Our one of a kind pieces are not replaceable, exchangeable or refundable, if stolen or damaged. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping via other carriers at this time. 

We are not responsible for stolen, damaged or lost in transit packages.
